Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována syntéze a měření fotofyzikálních a fotochemických vlastností nových „push-pull“ derivátů flavonolu. Literární část odhaluje léčebný potenciál oxidu uhelnatého (CO) a ukazuje jeho biologicky významné vlastnosti relevantní pro in vivo aplikace v porovnání s jeho toxicitou. This work deals with the synthesis and study of photochemical and photophysical properties of new push-pull flavonol derivatives. The literature part reveals the medical potential of carbon monoxide (CO) and briefly discusses the properties relevant for in vivo applications in balance with its toxicity.
