Abstract:
Práce se zabývá identifikací a kvantifikací chemických forem selenu,které se vyskytují v selenem obohacených řasách rodu Chlorella a Scenedesmus. K tomuto účelu je využito techniky ICP-MS a kombinované techniky HPLC-ICP-MS.
Abstract:
ICP-MS and HPLC-ICP-MS were applied to speciation of selenium compounds in selenium enriched green algae Chlorella and Scenedesmus.
