Evaluation approaches for TPM and 5S processes

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou sledování a využívání metody totálně produktivní údržby (TPM) a systému 5S ve společnosti Pierburg s.r.o. v Ústí nad Labem. Nejprve je popisován současný stav monitorování obou koncepcí. Další část textu se věnuje zhodnocení efektivity současných kritérií a mechanismů. Na základě těchto rozborů jsou navržena konkrétní řešení a možnosti vyhodnocování. Dílčí návrhy se stanou součástí nově budovaného software zaměřeného na analýzu závad a řízení údržby.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the analysis of monitoring and application of TPM and 5S techniques in the company Pierburg s.r.o. in Usti nad Labem. Its first part describes the current situation of monitoring those both processes. The next part is focused on the issue of improving actual standards and mechanisms. On the basis of this analysis some particular ways, measures and approaches helping standard level increasing and evaluation are offered. Some specific solutions will become the part of a newly built software enabling defect analysis and maintenance management.
