Práce se zabývá středověkou anglickou básní, The Parliament of Fowls, napsanou Geoffrey Chaucerem. Jejím cílem je analýza zmíněné básně v souladu se zdroji, ze kterých Chaucer čerpal, a určení, do jaké míry se jimi nechal ve své tvorbě inspirovat. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to analyze medieval English poem The Parliament of Fowls in accordance with the source texts that served to Chaucer as an inspiration, and determine to which degree Chaucer drew from them and used them in his poem.
