Analysis of the APR indicator for consumer credit

Abstract:

V dipolmové práci „Analýza ukazatele RPSN u spotřebitelských úvěrů“ se v první řadě (teoretická část) budeme věnovat ekonomickým aspektům obou pojmů, tedy RPSN (roční procentní sazba nákladů) a spotřebitelský úvěr. Pokusíme se zaměřit i na právní stránku této problematiky, ovšem pouze v minoritním zastoupení. V části analytické budou analyzovány konkrétní spotřebitelské úvěry jak od bankovních, tak nebankovních poskytovatelů. V rámci analýzy je posuzována nejen výhodnost jednotlivých půjček oproti jiným, ale také správnost uváděného RPSN a poskytovaných informací ze strany poskytovatelů. V závěru práce jsou porovnány zjištěné výsledky.

Abstract:

In this diploma thesis „Analysis of the APR indicator for consumer credit“ we will mainly (theoretical part) focus on the economic aspects of both concepts, the APR (annual percentage rate of charge) and consumer credit. We will try to focus on the legal side of this problematic, but only in minority representation. The analytical part will focus on analysis of specific consumer credits from both banking and non-banking credit providers. The analysis assesses not only the advantage of individual credits over the others, but also the accuracy of presented APR and information provided by providers. At the end of this thesis the cost results are compared.
