Carsharing in the company fleet

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce napsaná ve formě závěrečné práce. Skládá se ze dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Cílem je analyzovat a vyhodnotit pilotní carsharingový projekt firemního druhu ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a. s. a navrhnout možné řešení pro zlepšení i optimalizaci tohoto projektu. Práce popisuje fungování pilotního projektu ve firemní flotile a na základě analýzy a hodnocení nabízí možné návrhy na zlepšení. Např. vytváření dalších parkovacích míst, vytvoření specializovaného týmu, porovnání poptávky po služebních autech mezi uživateli před a po zahájení interního carsharingu. Bakalářská práce obsahuje další náměty nad rámec provedené analýzy, jako např. elektromobilní carsharing nebo zmiňuje mikro mobilitu v závodním areálu Mladá Boleslav.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis written in the form of final thesis. It consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The aim is to analyze and evaluate a corporate-type carsharing project in ŠKODA AUTO a. s. and propose a possible solution to improve and optimize this project. The work describes the functioning of the pilot project in the company fleet and offers possible suggestions for improvement based on analysis and evaluation. For example, creating additional parking spaces, creating a dedicated team, comparing the demand for service cars between users before and after the start of internal carsharing. The bachelor thesis contains other topics beyond the scope of the performed analysis, such as electro mobile carsharing or mentions micro mobility in the Mladá Boleslav racing area.
