The Feeling of Safety in the Labour Office Employees

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o pocitu bezpečí zaměstnanců Úřadu práce České republiky. V teoretické části se věnuje Úřadu práce České republiky obecně, popisuje jeho historii, organizační strukturu a podává informace o činnostech, které jsou na Úřadu práce České republiky vykonávány. Další část práce se zabývá konflikty, definuje konfliktní situace, uvádí jejich dělení, specifikuje, jak daným situacím předcházet a jak již vzniklé konflikty řešit. Poslední kapitola podává informace o tom, jakým způsobem je zaměstnancům Úřadu práce České republiky zajišťována bezpečnost při vykonávání své profese. Empirická část práce je zaměřena na zjištění pocitu bezpečí zaměstnanců Úřadu práce České republiky, kdy daný výzkum je proveden kvantitativní metodou. Výstupem práce je shrnutí získaných výsledků a doporučení pro zefektivnění systému zabezpečení zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis describes how safe the employees of Labour Office of the Czech Re-public feel. An academic part of the thesis is focused generally on the Labour Office, de-picts its history, organizational structure and defines its main duties. Another chapter of the academic part targets clashes, characterizes and divides conflicting situations into catego-ries, provides tools how to avoid these situations and how to solve them when they occur. The last chapter outlines information how the security of the Labour Office employees is provided to them when at work. A survey of the experimental part of the thesis, which was made by a quantitative method, is focused on how secure the Labour Office employees feel. The outcome of the thesis is explanation of the survey and recommendation how to make security system of the employees more effective.
