Effect of Scale Regeneration House Panel to Evaluate its Housing Units
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá panelovou výstavbou a revitalizací panelových domů, druhy dotací na opravy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na využití dotačních peněz a zkušenosti SVJ s revitalizací domů. Cílem praktické části je zjištění tržní hodnoty rodinného domu a bytu. V analytické části se věnuje vypracování analýzy realitního trhu okresu Jablonec nad Nisou.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with panel construction and revitalization of panel houses , types of grants for repairs . The theoretical part is focused on the use of grant money and experience condominium with the revitalization of the house.
