The Climax Academy Project as a Tool for Reducing Personnel Risks
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje problematice propojení personálních rizik a vzdělávání. Snaží se najít odpověď jak a zda je možné vzděláváním ošetřit personální rizika v konkrétní společnosti. Na základě zhodnocení stávající situace ve společnosti, analýzy personálních rizik a jejich vyhodnocení je navržena změna procesu vzdělávání a jeho převedení do praxe za pomocí projektu nazvaného Climax Akademie.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of linking personnel risks and education. It is trying to find an answer as to how and whether it is possible to treat personnel risks in a specific company through education.
