Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vedením lidí. První část je zaměřena na osobnost manažera, na styly řízení a vedení lidí, týmovou spolupráci a motivaci zaměstnanců. Druhá část je věnována fungování call centra. Odtud mám vlastní zkušenosti s vedením lidí. Zde jsem aplikovala teoretické poznatky do reality. Zároveň je hodnocen současný stav call centra, se stavem před dvěma lety.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with managing people. The first part is focused on the personality of manager, on the manner of leading and directing, teamwork and employee motivation. The second part describes functioning of the Call Centre. I have used my own experience with leading people. There I have applied the theoretical knowledge to practice.
