Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo charakterizovat úlohu prozánětlivých mediátorů v regulaci metabolismu oxidu dusnatého (NO) u endoteliálních buněk. Okrajově byl také pozorován vliv těchto látek na zánětlivou reakci v cévách. Oxid dusnatý je významný vazodilatátor, jenž je zodpovědný za regulaci krevního tlaku a lokálního průtoku krve cévou. Abstract:
The goal of this thesis has been to characterize the role of pro-inflammatory mediators in regulation of nitric oxide metabolism in endothelial cells. Secondary we have detected effect of the mediators on inflammatory reaction in blood vessels. Nitric oxide is an important vasodilator regulating vascular tone and local blood flow.
