Factors influencing prices of rental offices in Prague
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vybranými faktory ovlivňujícími cenu pronájmů kancelářských prostor v Praze. Tato studie pracuje celkem s 617 pozorováními získanými z realitního serveru sreality.cz za období července 2013. V této práci se tak za pomocí regresní analýzy podařilo zjistit, že s každým dalším kilometrem vzdalujícím se od centra hlavního města, klesá cena pronájmů kanceláří v průměru o 2 %. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on selected determinants which influence price of rental offices in Prague. The paper analyses a sample of 617 offices published on sreality.cz during July 2013. Using linear regression it was found out that each kilometer of the distance from center of the capital city, price of offices decreases by 2 %.
