Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci shrnuji obecnou a speciální právní normu, která je potřeba ke správnému provádění pracovnělékařských služeb poskytovateli zdravotnických zařízeních k tomu oprávněných. Dále i povinnosti na straně zaměstnavatelů a na straně zaměstnanců. Při psaní této práce jsem narazila na několik předpisů, které jsou v praxi obtížně proveditelné. This bachelor thesis summarizes the general and special legal rules required for the appropriate provision of occupational health services by duly authorized health care providers. Furthermore, the thesis covers the obligations on the part of both employers and employees.
