Práce se zabývá vztahem tance a hudby z hlediska rytmu. Ten definuje z pohledu biologického, hudebního i tanečního. V další části textu je nastíněn vztah tance a hudby v historii od pravěké společnosti až po 20. století v rozličných tanečních technikách. The work deals with the relationship between dance and music from the point of view of rhythm. The rhythm is defined from a biological, musical and dance point of view. The next part of the text outlines the relationship between dance and music in various dance techniques from prehistory to the 20th century.
