V této diplomové práci je kriticky posuzována využitelnost standardizovaných půdních ekotoxikologických biotestů k hodnocení stavu lesních půd ČR, jednak na základě rešerše a průzkumu vědecké literatury, jednak pomocí experimentálního testování ekotoxicity chvostoskokem F. candida a roupicí E. crypticus. This diploma thesis is aimed at critical evaluation of use of standardized soil ecotoxicological bioassays for Czech forest soil quality assessment - firstly, based on scientific literature search and secondly, on the basis of experimental testing with springtail F. candida and enchytraeid E. crypticus.
