Abstract:
Cieľom bakalárskej práce je priblíženie, resp. z väčšej časti objasnenie dedenia zo zákona. Prvá kapitola obsahuje históriu dedenia a postupný prechod dedenia ako právnej obyčaje na dedenie zo zákona. Druhá kapitola presne vysvetlí a definuje pojmy ako funkcia, pramene, zásady, subjekty dedičského práva, dedičské aktíva a pasíva, dedičskú spôsobilosť, dedičský titul.
