Abstract:
Práce se věnuje analýze přístupového procesu Islandu do Evropské unie a zkoumá klíčové faktory v procesu a jejich vliv. Zaměřuje se na ekonomické faktory, národní identitu a speciální vztah Islandu a USA s cílem zjistit, který má největší podíl na euro-skeptickém postoji země.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the realtionship of Iceland and the EU. It focuses on the key factors in the whole process. The focus is on economy, national identity and the special relationship with the US. The aim is to establish what factor is responsible for the icelandic euroskepticism.
