The significance of individual planning during treatment process in Therapeutic community Renarkon

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je individuální plánování a význam, který mu připisují členové terapeutické komunity Renarkon. Práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na popis historických souvislostí vzniku terapeutických komunit, jako samostatných služeb určených drogově závislým. Dále charakterizuje model terapeutické komunity, kde jsou popsány základní filosofická východiska v pohledu na klienta v terapeutické komunitě, klíčové složky programu a metody práce používané v terapeutické komunitě. Práce popisuje individuální plánování v terapeutických komunitách, a také individuální plánování podle zákona č.108/2006 Sb, o sociálních službách a standardů kvality sociálních služeb. Úkolově orientovaný přístup je uveden jako teoretické zakotvení průběhu individuálního plánování. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu, který je zaměřen na individuální plánování v terapeutické komunitě Renarkon. V této části jsou prezentovány cíle, metoda a výsledky šetření, které bylo provedeno kvalitativní strategií, konkrétně metodou ohniskových skupin. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaký význam připisují procesu individuálního plánování členové Terapeutické komunity Renarkon, tedy klienti i pracovníci

Abstract:

The topic of my Master?s thesis is individual planning and the importance of this individual planning for members of the therapeutic community Renarkon. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on hystorical description of the formation of therapeutic communities as an individual services for drug-addicted people. Thesis describes model, philosophy, key parts of the program and work methods using in therapeutic community. Thesis also describes the individual planning in therapeutic communities according law (n. 108/2006 Sb) and standards in social services. Task-oriented approach is presented as a theoretical ground for the individual planning. Practical part of this thesis is focused on research about the individual planning in the therapeutic community Renarkon. Thesis presents goals, methods and results of this qualitative research. The goal of this research was to discover how important is the process of individual planning for clients and workers of the therapeutic community Renarkon.
