Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je priblížiť problematiku manažmentu kvality. Slovo kvalita používame v každodennom rozhovore ako výraz hodnotenia. Podľa toho v akom význame slovo kvalita použijeme, dávame daným veciam, tovarom či službám rôzne obsahy. Vo väčšine prípadov sa však nevyjadrujeme o kritériách, z akého uhľa pohľadu tieto hodnotenia vnímame. Kvalita sa nedá vyrobiť, dá sa usmerniť. Manažérstvo …more
