Effect of use tire with lower load index for road vehicle

Abstract:

Níže sepsaná bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem použití pneumatiky s nižším indexem nosnosti u silničního vozidla a jejím měřením na statickém adhezoru. V úvodu práce je popsána stručná historie, konstrukce a síly působící na pneumatiky. Další část popisuje nejčastější druhy opotřebení a poškození pneumatik. Následuje samotný rozbor stavu zkoušené pneumatiky, která byla dlouhodobě provozována s vyšším zatížením, než na které byla konstruována. To mělo za následek její předčasné opotřebení. Měřením na statickém adhezoru porovnáme, radiální tuhost opotřebené pneumatiky a pneumatiky vhodné pro typ provozovaného vozidla.

Abstract:

This lower written thesis deals with the effect of use tires with a lower load index for road vehicles and experiments on a static adhesor test machine. In the introduction to my work, I describe the history, construction, and forces that act on tires. The next part describes the most typical of wear out and damage tires. The following is an analysis of the condition of the tested tire, which was a long time used above maximum load index and early wear out was the result. With help of the static adhesor we find out values of radial deformation at a specific pressure, which is described by the vehicle manufacturer.
