Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřil na problematiku opravných prostředků s důrazem na řádné opravné prostředky uvedené v trestním řádu. Práce je strukturovaná do šesti kapitol. V první kapitole jsem uvedl, co je cílem této bakalářské práce. In the following chapters I discuss remedial measures in general, their categorisation and characteristics; I specify the names of individual types of remedies as well as of the defects the remedial procedure addresses and their brief description.
