Práce se zabývá problematikou nádražních restaurací v kontextu železniční dopravy a cestovního ruchu v oblasti jižních Čech. Stručný přehled vývoje železnice je předně zaměřen na drážní budovy ve vybraném regionu. V praktické části jsou předloženy výsledky terénního průzkumu. The work deals with the issue of station restaurants in the context of rail transport and tourism in southern Bohemia.
