Práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou dokumentaci na kardiologickém oddělení. Teoretická část se zabývá právními předpisy, kterými se dokumentace řídí, ošetřovatelskou dokumentací na kardiologickém oddělení, zaměřuje se podrobněji na dokumentaci v oblasti akutní bolesti na hrudi, sníženého srdečního výdeje a deficitu informací, přibližuje základy auditu v ošetřovatelství. Abstract:
The master´s thesis is focussed on nursing documentation on a cardiology ward. The theoretical part deals with nursing documentation used on a cardiology ward and its relevant legislation. It also treats the documentation of acute chest pain, decreased cardiac output and deficient knowledge in a more detailed manner and introduces a basic overview of the nursing audit.
