Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá racionalizací logistické distribuční trasy ve společnosti DK OPEN s r.o. K racionalizaci jsou využity metody z operačního výzkumu, konkrétně se jedná o metodu nejbližšího souseda a modifikovanou Vogelovu aproximační metodu. Cílem je racionalizovat aktuální trasu, aby společnost snížila své náklady na přepravu zboží a tím pádem zvýšila svůj zisk. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou definovány základní pojmy zabývající se tématem dopravního okružního problému. V aplikační části je charakterizována vybraná společnost DK OPEN s.r.o. a dále analyzována současná distribuční trasa. Následně je tato zásobovací trasa racionalizována pomocí metody nejbližšího souseda a modifikované Vogelovy aproximační metody. Obě tyto metody vedou ke snížení nákladů společnosti. Metoda nejbližšího souseda racionalizovala současnou distribuční trasu mnohem lépe než modifikovaná Vogelova aproximační metoda, a proto je její výsledek zvolen jako racionální.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the rationalisation of the logistic distribution route in the company DK OPEN, spol. s r.o. For the rationalisation are used methods of operations research, namely the nearest neighbour method and the modified Vogel's approximation method. The objective is to rationalise the actual route so that the company can reduce its freight costs and thus increase its profit. In the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis, the basic concepts dealing with the topic of the traffic roundabout problem are defined. In the application part, the selected company DK OPEN Ltd. is characterized and the current distribution route is analyzed. Subsequently, this supply route is rationalized using the nearest neighbor method and the modified Vogel approximation method. Both of these methods lead to a reduction in the company's costs. The nearest neighbour method rationalises the current distribution route much better than the modified Vogel approximation method and therefore its result is chosen as rational.
