This diploma thesis deals with rehabilitation in post-stroke patients with foot drop syndrome, which leads to gait disorder. The main aim was to evaluate the effect of therapy supplemented with functional electrostimulation and ankle-foot orthoses in the experimental group, in comparison to standard rehabilitation therapy in a control group of patients. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá rehabilitačnou terapiou u pacientov po cievnej mozgovej príhode so syndrómom prepadávajúcej špičky, ktorý vedie k poruche chôdze. Hlavným cieľom bolo zhodnotiť vplyv terapie doplnenej o funkčnú elektrostimuláciu a peroneálne dlahy, ktorú absolvovali pacienti v experimentálnej skupine, v porovnaní so štandardnou rehabilitačnou terapiou u kontrolnej skupiny pacientov.
