Predložená diplomová práca sa zaoberá vývojom metódy pre simultánne stanovenie toxických metabolitov methanolu a ethylenglykolu (šťavelanu, mravčanu a glykolátu) v rôznych vzorkách telesných tekutín (krvné sérum, sliny, moč, kondenzát dychu) pomocou kapilárnej elektroforézy s bezkontaktnou vodivostnou detekciou (CE-C4D).
