Anotace:

This thesis explores the topic of growth strategies of SMEs, which are specifically operating in Georgia, and the opportunities and challenges they face. The aim thesis aims to explore the challenges and opportunities SMEs, face and the strategies they employ to combat the possible issues by answering the question if the challenges and opportunities they face are similar. This will be achieved through a qualitative research method that investigated five SMEs in Georgia through semi-structured interviews. The study has revealed that some of the challenges and opportunities studied firms in Georgia experience may vary.

Abstract:
