Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit kvalitu života žen v těhotenství a po porodu. Metodika výzkumu: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 120 žen, z toho 60 žen bylo ve třetím trimestru těhotenství a 60 žen 6-8 týdnů po porodu. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo od ledna 2017 do listopadu 2017 ve dvou soukromých gynekologických ambulancích v Plzeňském kraji. Ke sběru dat byl použit standardizovaný dotazník Mother-Generated Index (MGI), který hodnotí subjektivně vnímanou kvalitu života žen. Dále byly zjišťovány cílenými dotazy sociodemografické údaje. Data byla zpracovávána statistickou analýzou. Výsledky: Na základě analýzy výsledků nebyl prokázán statisticky významný rozdíl v kvalitě života žen ve třetím trimestru těhotenství a v 6-8 týdnech po porodu. V těhotenství nebyl zjištěn vliv sociodemografických faktorů, ovšem po porodu byl zjištěn vliv sociodemografického faktoru, počet osob v domácnosti, na kvalitu života žen. Závěr: Je důležité sledovat kvalitu života žen v těhotenství a po porodu. Dotazník MGI je vhodný pro zjišťování subjektivní kvality života u žen v České republice.

Abstract:

Target: The aim of the diploma thesis was to determine the quality of life of women in pregnancy and postpartum. Research Methodology: The study consisted of 120 women, of which 60 women were in the third trimester of pregnancy and 60 women 6-8 weeks after birth. The research was carried out between January 2017 and November 2017 in two private gynecological clinics in the Pilsen Region. A standardized Mother-Generated Index (MGI), which evaluates the subjectively perceived quality of life of women, was used to collect data. In addition, targeted sociodemographic data were surveyed. The data was processed by statistical analysis. Results: Based on the results analysis, there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life of women in the third trimester of pregnancy and at 6-8 weeks postpartum. In the pregnancy, the effect of sociodemographic factors was not found, but in the postpartum revealed the influence of the sociodemographic factor, the number of people in the household on the quality of life of women. Conclusion: It is important to monitor the quality of life of women in pregnancy and after childbirth. The MGI questionnaire is suitable for determining the subjective quality of life of women in the Czech Republic.
