Personality of the teacher of training.
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jaké vlastnosti by měl učitel odborného výcviku mít. Zaměřila jsem se na osobnost učitele, na jeho vlastnosti, které mohou ovlivnit výchovný proces a vývoj osobnosti žáka. V teoretické části jsou popsány kompetence a vlastnosti osobnosti učitele odborného výcviku. V praktické části bylo zjišťováno, jaké vlastnosti a dovednosti by měl učitel mít podle žáků a učitelů …more
Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis was to find out what characteristics should a teacher have. This thesis focused on required competences and attributes of a teacher of training. For this purpose I made a survey among teachers and students. The results of the survey are shown in schedules and graphs. I defined the picture of ideal teacher on the basis of the survey results.
