The Legal Relationship Being Constituted by a Contract for Work
Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabýval občanskoprávní úpravou smlouvy o dílo a právního vztahu z ní vzniklého. Mým cílem bylo provést rozbor současné právní úpravy a to z části i za použití zákoníku obchodního, porovnat výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých úprav a pokusit se poukázat na případné nedostatky. To vše samozřejmě za pomoci odborné literatury a judikatury.
Abstract:
The topic of my diploma thesis is Contract of Work which is one of the most frequently used type of contract and is regulated in two prime acts of Czech law system – Civil Code and Commercial Code. The Thesis is devided into ten chapters and deals with all aspects of the Contract including its historical evolution.
