Abstract:
Daňové řízení, jeho zásady a účastníci. Charakteristika jednotlivých sankcí ukládaných podle zákona 337/1992 S., o správě daní a poplatků (dále jen „ZSDP“), ve znění platném od 1.1.2007 a jejich porovnání se sankcemi ukládanými dle ZSDP ve znění platném do 31.12.2006. Daňový pohled na sankce.
Abstract:
The tax procedure, rules and persons concerned. The nature and comparison of sanctions imposed under the Tax Bill nr. 337/1992,(the tax administration and duties ) in effect prior/since 1.1.2007 and their comparison with sanotions Imposed in agreement with the Tax Bill nr. 337/1992 in effect until 31.12.2006. The tax sanctions review.
