Role of public administration in field of investment efficiency in industrial parks

Abstract:

Trh je považován za jednu z nejméně vyzpytatelných ekonomických veličin. O to těžší je pro každého investora provést správnou investici, a protože hlavním smyslem investice je maximalizovat zisk, snaží se každý investor získat pobídky, které zaručují její zhodnocení. Investor bere v potaz nejen legislativu a politickou stabilitu, ale i finanční a daňový systém v té či, které zemi. Takovéto pobídky uděluje i Česká republika. Zamyslet se nad správným přidělováním investičních pobídek, zhodnotit možnosti správných postupů rozhodování komu investiční pobídku přidělit a komu ne, je jedním z cílů této práce. Dále bychom zde měli najít odpověď, zda i podrobný předběžný průzkum strategického investora je zaručeným úspěchem rozvoje regionu, a pokud ne, proč tomu tak není? Zhodnotit úroveň úředníků veřejné správy v oblasti investičního rozhodování. Cílem práce je ukázat jak jiný vývoj trhu, než ten předpokládaný může ovlivnit regionální rozvoj. V práci bylo použito statického hodnocení investice, Swot analýzy a vlastního průzkumu. Myslím, že práce odhalila překvapivý závěr, který nám ukázal, že aktualizace některých zákonů by pomohla k větší stabilizaci a udržitelnosti investorů v kraji a tím i k většímu regionálnímu rozvoji.

Abstract:

The market is one of the most erratic economical quantity. Therefore it’s much more difficult for every investor to make right investment. And because the maximization of profit is the main cause of investment, every investor is trying to get incentive that will cause its assessment. Investor has to take into consideration not just legislature and political stability, but also financial and taxation system of that country. These incentives are also offered by Czech Republic. To think about the system by which the incentives would be properly allocated, to whom should, or shouldn’t be investment incentive granted, is one of the objectives of this paper. Further, we should find an answer if preliminary and detailed research about strategic investor could ensure successful region development, and if not, why so? Or to evaluate skill-level, of authorities and their decisions in field of investment incentive granting. The main objective of this paper is to show, how different than expected market development can affect regional development. For this research, static investment assessment, Swot analysis and own research was used. I think that the conclusion of this paper is surprising and it shows us, that the actualization of certain legislature could keep and stable some investors in region, therefore leading to better regional development.
