Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků záchranné služby. Cílem teoretické části je jednak stručně popsat jeho příčiny, příznaky a rizikové faktory, ale zaměřit se zejména na možnosti dostupné prevence syndromu vyhoření na úrovni zaměstnavatele i na úrovni jednotlivce právě u této profese. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of burnout syndrome in emergency service workers. The aim of the theoretical part is to briefly describe its causes, symptoms and risk factors, but also to focus on the possibilities of available prevention of burnout syndrome at the level of the employer and at the level of the individual in this profession.
