Hlavním cílem této práce je ověřit možnost spojení optického detektoru na bázi amalgámu s elektrochemickým detektorem. Biodetektory na principu rezonance povrchových plasmonů (se zlatým referenčním vzorkem) se v současnosti hojně používají. Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis is to verify the possibility of combining the amalgam based optical detector with electrochemical detector. Biosensors on the principle of surface plasmon resonance (with a gold reference sample) are nowadays widely used.
