Position Control in Machine Tools

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje způsoby a provedení regulace polohy na obráběcím stroji. Pomocí vytvořeného simulačního modelu jsou simulovány různé režimy pohonu a srovnávány s měřením na skutečném stroji. Jsou testovány různá nastavení zesílení regulátorů proudu, rychlosti a polohy a jejich vliv na průběh regulace a stabilitu regulační smyčky. Dále je testován vliv rychlostní předkorekce na regulační smyčku. V závěru je přehled v současnosti používaných typů servomotorů, a základní principy jejich řízení. Jedním z cílů této práce je vytvořit simulační model servopohonu, který by se dal využít při diagnostice obráběcího stroje.

Abstract:

This thesis details the usage guidelines of the position control on the machine tools. The simulation model is used to simulate different drive modes which are compared to the measurements of the machine. Also detailed are tested various settings of the amplification of the current control, the speed, and the position controller, along with their influence on the course of regulation and the stability of the control loop. Also tested is the effect of feed forward on the speed control loop. This detailed an overview of currently used types of motors and the basic principles of their control. One of the goals of this work is to develop a simulation model of the machine tool drive system, which could be used in the diagnosis of the machine.
