Mobile Surveillance of an Airport Area Using Special Technologies

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem a popisem vhodné mobilní technologie, která se dá využít pro specifické podmínky a standardy mezinárodních letišť pro zastřežení osob, prostorů, letadel a perimetru. Teoretická část se věnuje specifikací vhodných mobilních technologií a jejich porovnávání mezi sebou. Dále pojednává o letecké legislativě na mezinárodní a národní úrovni, včetně popisu možných hrozeb v civilním letectví a jejich eliminací. Konkrétní technologie pak bude fyzicky otestována na mezinárodním letišti v aktuálních povětrnostních podmínkách, a to podle testovacích scénářů se zaměřením na narušení chráněného prostoru nebo objektu osobou a vozidlem, odložením zavazadla, vhozením předmětu nebo průletem bezpilotního prostředku pro ověření, zdali se dá technologie použít pro detekci bezpilotních prostředků (dronů). Závěrem diplomové práce bude vyhodnocení testované technologie s posouzením, zdali je technologie vhodná pro střežení na mezinárodním letišti včetně vyhodnocení naměřených údajů.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the selection and description of a suitable mobile technology that can be used for specific conditions and standards of international airports for surveillence of people, premises, aircraft and perimeter. The theoretical part deals with the specification of suitable mobile technologies and their comparison with each other. It also discusses aviation legislation at international and national level, including a description of possible threats to civil aviation and their elimination. The specific technology will then be physically tested at an international airport in current weather conditions, following test scenarios focusing on the intrusion of a protected area or object by a person and vehicle, dropping luggage, throwing an object or flying an unmanned aerial vehicle to verify whether the technology can be used for the detection of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones). The thesis will conclude with an evaluation of the tested technology.
