Implementation of an information system ABRA G4 into the manufacturing concern

Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována popisu implementačního procesu informačního systému do firmy zabývající se výrobou. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé kroky a pravidla úspěšné implementace, životní cyklus informačního systému a podobněji popsán systém ABRA G4. Dále se zaměřuji na reálnou implementaci, vzniklé problémy, jejich řešení a návrhům opatření pro úspěšnou implementaci. Celá práce je směřována právě na implementaci části systému ABRA G4 určené pro řízení a obsluhu výroby včetně všech přidružených procesů.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to the description of the implementation process of an information system into a company devoted to production. Individual steps and rules of successful implementation, and the life cycle of the information system are described. The system ABRA G4 is described more in details, too. Furthermore, I focus on real implementation, arisen problems, their solutions, and suggestions of measures for successful implementation. The whole work is aiming just at the implementation parts of the system ABRA G4 intended for the management of production, including all associated processes.
