Abstract:
This work concentrates on indexing techniques in metric spaces. The main task was implementation of a program written in Java which constructs indexing structures Bisector Tree and Monotonous Bisector Tree (using MESSIF library) and perform similarity searching on different data sets.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá indexovacími technikami v metrických priestoroch. Úlohou bolo naimplementovať program v jazyku Java, ktorý vybuduje indexovacie štruktúry Bisector Tree a Monotonous Bisector Tree s využitím knižnice MESSIF a uskutočniť podobnostné vyhľadávanie v rôznych dátových množinách.
