Modern Application of Market Method
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část, teoretická, vymezuje základní pojmy pro oceňování nemovitostí, typy tržního oceňování a popisuje porovnávací metodu oceňování nemovitostí. Druhá část je praktická. Ocenila jsem dvě nemovitosti – bytovou jednotku a bytový dům. Ve třetí části se věnuji analyzování trhu s nemovitostmi v okrese Mělník.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part, theoretical, defines the basic concepts of property valuation, market valuation types, and describes the comparison method of valuation of real estate. The second part is practical.
