Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnuji vlivu rozpouštědla na intenzitu fluorescence vybraných organických fluoroforů. Byly zkoumány organické fluorofory, které lze excitovat v červené části spektra a byla změřena fluorescenční spektra v různých rozpouštědlech pomocí spektrofluorimetru. Jako rozpouštědla byla použita lehká voda, těžká voda, dimethylsulfoxid a jejich směsi v různých poměrech. Dále byl studován …more
Abstract:
This diploma theses is focused on the influence of solvent on intensity of fluorescence in selected organic fluorophores. Organic fluorophores, which can be excited in the red part of the spectrum, were examined. Either fluorescence spectra were measured in various solvents using a spectrofluorimeter.
