Claims in the accounting, tax and legal concepts

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pohledávek z účetního, daňového a právního hlediska. Bakalářská práce v teoretické části vymezuje základní pojem pohledávky, jejich právní legislativu a následně řeší pohledávky z hlediska účetního a daňového jejich odpisy a tvoření opravných položek k pohledávkám. Dále obsahuje i způsoby oceňování pohledávek a jejich řízení. Zároveň obsahuje i zajišťovací instrumenty pohledávek při vzniku obchodněprávních vztahů a způsoby zániku pohledávek. V praktické části se pomocí přímého dotazování zjišťuje interní řízení pohledávek ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu a prostřednictvím aplikovaných poznatků z teoretické části je analyzováno, zda podnikatelský subjekt správně, efektivně a dostatečně řídí a zajišťuje své pohledávky. V případě naleznutí některých efektivnějších řešení pro podnikatelský subjekt, by byla tato bakalářská práce možným návrhem pro jejich aplikování.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is deals with claims from the accounting, tax and legal aspects. In the theoretical section the bachelor thesis defines the basic concept of the claim, their legal legislation and then resolves claims in terms of accounting and tax, their depreciation and creation of provisions. It also includes the valuation of claims and their management. It also contains hedging of claims in the development of commercial relations and the ways of liquidation of claims. In the practical part, by means of direct questioning it studies internal management of claims in the chosen business entity and through the applied knowledge from the theoretical part it analyzes whether the business entity sufficiently manages and ensures their claims. In case, of finding some more effective solutions for the business entity, this bachelor thesis would be potential proposal for their applications.
