Téma mé diplomové práce je analýza rovnováhových schopností u sportovních gymnastek. Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit, zda výdrž ve stoji na rukou je více ovlivněna rovnováhovými nebo silovými schopnostmi za pomocí jejich testování. Abstract:
The topic of my diploma work is Analysis of balance abilities of woman sport gymnasts. The aim of it was to find if armstand persistance is more affected by balance or power abilities through testing it. We used stabilometric table land and did two tests on it. One in feetstand with opened eyes and other in armstand with opened eyes as well. We also did two motoric tests to measure power bilities of …more
