Reforma veřejné správy v České republice přináší výrazné změny na počátku roku 2003. Okresní úřady přestávají existovat a jejich úkoly a kompetence jsou v podstatné míře přesunuty na nový typ obce – obce s rozšířenou působností. Public administration reform in the Czech Republic brings significant changes at the beginning of 2003.
