Tato diplomová práce zkoumá komplexní vztah mezi franšízanty a franšízory a dopad tohoto vztahu na výkonost a výsledky franšízantů. K těmto účelům přijímá optiku Social Exchange Theory. This diploma thesis examines the complex relationship between franchisees and their franchisor, and its impact on franchisees' performance. For the purpose of this goal, it adopts the lens of Social Exchange Theory.
