Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá charakterizovaniu euroobligácií a ich vývoju na trhu vo vybraných krajinách. Prvá kapitola sa venuje charakteristikou kapitálového trhu a členením dlhopisov z viacerých hľadísk. Táto kapitola obsahuje popisy najvýznamnejších búrz sveta ako NYSE, burza Tokio a burza Londýn.
