Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou udržitelného financování z pohledu právní regulace EU. Práce se zaměřuje na nejnovější přelomová opatření vydaná Evropskou komisí, jimiž je především nařízení o taxonomii. This Master‘s thesis addresses the issue of sustainable financing from the perspective of EU law. The work focuses on the latest groundbreaking measures issued by the European Commission, which are mainly the regulation on taxonomy.
