The bachelor thesis deals with HER2 status in triple-negative breast cancer. TNBC is characterized by absence of PR, ER and HER2 receptors. In most cases, these are low differentiated carcinomas with unfavourable prognosis, molecular heterogeneity and limited treatment options. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá statusom HER2 pri triple-negatívnych karcinómoch prsníka. TNBC je charakteristický absenciou PR, ER a HER2 receptorov. Vo väčšine sa jedná o nízko diferencované karcinómy s nepriaznivou prognózou, molekulárnou heterogenitou a obmedzený-mi možnosťami liečby.
