Business Plan for Establishing an Optical Shop in Kromeriz

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je navržení podnikatelského plánu pro oční optiku v Kroměříži. Práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, jako jsou podnik, podnikání nebo jeho právní formy, které je nutno dodržovat. Dále se teoretická část zabývá legislativou pro provoz oční optiky s optometrickou ambulancí. Poslední část teoretické části je věnována popisu podnikatelského plánu společně s rozborem jednotlivých analýz konkurenčního prostředí. Praktická část diplomové práce je založena již na konkrétní oční optice a vytvoření podrobného podnikatelského plánu pro ni. Součástí je i analýza makroprostředí, mezoprostředí a mikroprostředí pomocí PEST analýzy a Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzy. Součástí je i vytvoření podnikatelského plánu a jeho podrobení finanční a časové analýze. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu, který bude sloužit k realizaci oční optiky s optometrií v Kroměříži.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis endeavours to formulate a comprehensive business plan for establishing an optician shop in Kroměříž. The study comprises both theoretical and practical components. The theoretical segment elucidates fundamental concepts such as company structures, business operations, and legal frameworks essential for compliance. Moreover, it delves into the legislative requirements governing the operation of an optician shop integrated with an optometric clinic. The latter part of the theoretical section focuses on delineating the business plan framework, complemented by a thorough analysis of the competitive landscape. The practical aspect of the thesis pivots towards the specific domain of eye optics, entailing the development of a detailed business plan tailored to this context. Additionally, it entails a comprehensive examination of the macro-environment, meso-environment, and micro-environment through strategic tools such as PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis and SWOT analysis. It also includes creating a business plan and subjecting it to financial and time analysis. Goal of thesis is the business plan which can serve as a basis for the establishing of optical shop with an optometric in the Kromeriz.
