Abstract:

This study formulates and tests a framework for developing an AI-driven sentiment analysis application with NLP and probabilistic models as the main components. The study follows the methodology of Design Science Research to test five environments, the main function of which is sentiment analysis of the predefined prompt sets. User motivations, the sentiment detection process, and the AI response generation process by the models are investigated. A semantic analysis tool set was executed in a test-bed using standard test data, followed by a critical examination of the processing engine. Contributions to the domain of AI-driven sentiment analysis and its potential applications in research on emotional intelligence are presented.
