Risk analysis on the territory of the town of Ivančice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou rizik na území města Ivančice. Dvěma hlavními částmi bakalářské práce jsou teoretická a praktická část. V první části je objasněn terminologický rámec, který se věnuje základním pojmem. Další kapitola v této části je zaměřena na bezpečnost, přičemž je upřednostňována perspektiva institucionální úrovně, jak na centrální, tak na lokální úrovni. Dále jsou zde uvedeny metody, které by mohly být použity k analýze rizik v rámci území. Poslední kapitola první části se zabývá charakteristikou lokality města Ivančice. V praktické části je provedena analýza rizik na území města Ivančice, kde je cílem zjistit, jakým mimořádným událostem je toto město vystaveno a jak často se vyskytují. V analýze je také zohledněno, jak je město připravené na mimořádné události a jaký integrovaný záchranný systém má k dispozici. Po dokončení analýzy jsou na nejvíce ohrožující mimořádné události navrhnuta protiopatření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of risks on the territory of the town of Ivančice. The two main parts of the bachelor thesis are theoretical and practical part. In the first part the terminological framework is explained, which deals with the basic concepts. The next chapter in this part focuses on security, with a preference for an institutional level perspective, both at the central and local level. Furthermore, methods that could be used to analyse risks within the territory are presented. The last chapter of the first part deals with the characteristics of the locality of Ivančice. In the practical part, a risk analysis of the territory of the city of Ivančice is carried out, where the aim is to find out what kind of emergencies the city is exposed to and how often they occur. The analysis also takes into account how prepared the town is for emergencies and what integrated rescue system it has in place. Once the analysis is complete, countermeasures are proposed for the most threatening emergencies.
